What you will do

• Work cross-functionally to understand customer needs and take ideas from concept to deployment.
• Build and maintain user-facing products across the stack (React, Remix, TypeScript; Golang on the backend).
• Ship high-quality features quickly in an AI-native development environment, using AI tools as leverage.
• Define new engineering practices for AI-native software development.
• Mentor other engineers and help scale engineering culture.

Requirements

• Track record of owning technical initiatives and acting as a senior technical voice on key problems.
• Comfort moving between frontend and backend development.
• Product and commercial thinking.
• Curiosity and excitement about using AI tools to build better software faster.
• Experience setting or influencing engineering practices.
• Track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers.
