What you will do

• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Translate medical documents and responses between English and French.
• Identify and document adverse events and product quality issues in compliance with SOPs.
• Perform medical writing for custom inquiries and adverse event narratives.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments regarding product complaints.
• Conduct literature research to support medical information dissemination.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or healthcare.
• English: C1 level required.
• French: Native or mother tongue fluency required.
• Legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical information management systems.

Nice to have

• PharmD or MSc in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
• Previous experience in call centers, medical information, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with safety databases.
