12 Month FTC - Spanish-Speaking Medical Information Specialist

Location: Fully remote for candidates based in Serbia, the UK, or Croatia. The position is listed in London and is offered as a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Answer technical medical information enquiries by phone, email, letter, and fax for designated products.
• Recognize and process adverse events and defective product reports in line with client working practices and hirify.global procedures.
• Translate English documents and responses into Spanish and deliver them by phone or in writing.
• Prepare medical information correspondence using client databases or coordinate with Medical Information Support Services.
• Log enquiries accurately and manage confidential information in accordance with data privacy regulations.
• Perform quality checks on adverse events, product quality complaints, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Completed Pharmacy or other life science degree.
• Spanish at mother-tongue/C2 level and English at C2 level.
• Strong translation skills and an excellent phone manner.
• Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Attention to detail and awareness of pharmaceutical medical information regulations and professional guidelines.
