What you will do

• Answer technical questions regarding designated products via phone, email, and fax.
• Identify and report adverse events and defective product reports following SOPs.
• Translate medical documents between English and Spanish.
• Prepare medical information correspondence using client databases.
• Log all enquiries accurately and manage confidential data per privacy regulations.
• Perform quality checks on Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• C1 level or native proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong translation skills and a professional phone manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Based in Serbia or Croatia.
