What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain embedded firmware in C for battery-powered devices.
• Develop robust applications and drivers on top of FreeRTOS.
• Debug complex hardware-software issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optics, product, and manufacturing teams.
• Support bring-up, validation, and production line development activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in quality, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building embedded products.
• Experience building battery-powered consumer or portable devices.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and practical engineering approach.
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LVGL.
• Familiarity with image processing algorithms and image sensor tuning.
• Experience with BLE stack integration and development.
• Experience in production line development and manufacturing test support.
