What you will do

• Perform interval duration and rate measurements on digital or paper ECGs using established SOPs, including caliper placement and adjustment.
• Use validated software to convert PNG ECG images to XML, verify waveform accuracy, and calibrate scaling for paper ECG measurements.
• Process continuous Holter recordings and extract time-point specific 12-lead ECGs; export XMLs to the designated database for IDM measurement.
• Evaluate ECGs for safety/alert findings and notify the correct teams according to written procedures.
• Process Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) data and balance priorities across workflows based on operations’ assigned sequence.
• Support Quality Assurance by demonstrating accuracy, precision, and repeatability; follow all job-related SOPs/SWIs and report system performance issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (preferred bachelor’s degree or related degree) plus an ECG certificate or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and anatomy.
• 1–2 years experience in an ECG Core Lab or working under GCP, GDPR, and data privacy regulations.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills (Google, Microsoft suite including Excel) and database management experience.
• Ability to meet short time constraints in a metrics-driven production environment.
