What you will do

• Provide clinical support to parents of children via a digital chat interface.
• Assess clinical pictures and resolve cases requiring medical input, including prescribing and guidance.
• Create and manage follow-up plans for patients.
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams by sharing qualitative member feedback to improve the platform.
• Participate in rotating shift coverage, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 care.

Requirements

• Medical degree (Mestrado Integrado em Medicina) as a qualified pediatrician or final-year resident.
• Active medical license (cédula profissional) with the Ordem dos Médicos valid for independent prescribing.
• Must be based in Portugal and hold a valid EU visa.
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) for all member interactions.
• Clinical experience in pediatrics, specifically within early childhood.
• Demonstrated AI fluency (at least Level 1 Explorer).
