Affiliate Manager - Latam (Argentina, Mexica)

Salary: till 1500 usdt fix for probation period + 2% NGR + team bonuses — all discussed on interview

Remote: Full-time

It is a major iGaming company who seeking professionals with proven experience in this field. We are seeking someone with market knowledge in Argentina and/or Mexica. If you have a ready-made infrastructure in this region, you know how to attract Partners, and you're looking for ways to monetize your experience, we offer you growth in a highly-paid position at a reliable European company.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Attract affiliates with own traffic (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA)
• Pitch offers, handle objections, activate partners
• Track FTD, LTV, ROI, traffic quality
• Segment base, reduce fraud, optimize performance
• Work with CRM, reports, and analytics

📌 Requirements:

• Commercial experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
• English B2+
• Own or former affiliate base — a must
• Strong knowledge of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
• CRM, tracker, anti-fraud experience

💡 Key skills:

• Affise, RedTrack, Everflow, Google Sheets
• CRM (HubSpot, etc.), traffic analytics
• Cold/warm outreach, fraud basics

Trust-based communication, result-driven, self-managed, flexible in deals
