TL;DR
Senior .NET Software Engineer (.NET): Developing next-generation infrastructure cloud products and user experiences with an accent on event-driven services, stability, and maintainability. Focus on implementing secure code, automating CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring team members.
Location: Must be based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (Hybrid/Office-based)
Salary: from 4,800 EUR gross per month

What you will do
- Design, implement, test, and support product features and event-driven cloud services.
- Turn technical designs into stable, usable, and maintainable software products and services.
- Develop and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines to deliver code changes into production.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing and adherence to secure development practices.
- Mentor colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams on service consumption and integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with C#, .NET Core, .NET test frameworks, and OOP.
- Experience with event-based systems and message brokers such as Kafka.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
- Working proficiency with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas).
Nice to have
- Ability to read and understand C++ code.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
