What you will do

• Run structured discovery sessions across teams to map manual workflows and prioritize the backlog by impact.
• Build and maintain production-grade automations using n8n, Slack, HUB, and various vendor integrations.
• Coach and enable non-technical teams to build and own their own automations through templates and tooling.
• Develop and integrate AI agents and LLM-powered workflows into the company's automation strategy.
• Audit existing automations to identify broken or undocumented processes and ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, backend development, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Proficiency in scripting and backend development, preferably using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS tools into internal systems.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills to translate complex problems into clear technical requirements.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid from Kaunas or Vilnius.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Apps Script or Slack API.
• Experience with AI agents or LLM-powered workflows.
