Low-Code Engineer (Power Platform)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain low-code applications and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Gather, analyse, and document requirements with business stakeholders, citizen developers, and technical teams.
• Create process maps, solution designs, integrations, and technical documentation while meeting governance, security, and quality standards.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing, troubleshooting, and continuous application and workflow enhancement.
• Coach and enable citizen developers through training materials, workshops, best-practice guidance, and solution reviews.
• Advise stakeholders on low-code and automation capabilities and identify opportunities for digital process improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, gained through work, internships, academic projects, or personal initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify automation opportunities and design practical solutions.
• Understanding of application development concepts, data structures, testing methodologies, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or other low-code and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, cloud platforms, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, or related technologies.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, application lifecycle management, or CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance requirements for enterprise low-code platforms.
• Experience supporting citizen development programmes, user enablement initiatives, or technical training.
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), App Maker (PL-100), Developer (PL-400), or UiPath RPA Associate/Developer certification.
