What you will do

• Design, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document process requirements for automation.
• Create detailed process maps and Solution Design Documents (SDD) to align business needs with technical implementations.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of bots and apps.
• Guide and train in-house citizen developers in creating automations while ensuring adherence to security and governance standards.
• Provide expert consultancy on the feasibility and business impact of automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (non-IT graduates with strong interest in digitalization are welcome).
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical low-code designs.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900, PL-100, PL-400) or UiPath RPA Associate.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, APIs, data integration, and cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with governance and security practices for low-code platforms.
