ServiceNow Developer Intern

What you will do

• Support ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, development, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, releases, and deployments.
• Assist with IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Configure forms, fields, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, access controls, tables, and business logic under experienced guidance.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflow automations, and low-code applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Assist with integrations and API-based connectivity between ServiceNow and other applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and support materials; participate in requirements sessions, solution workshops, and process-improvement discussions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of programming, software development, information systems, or related IT concepts.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Interest in enterprise applications, workflow automation, low-code development, and digital transformation technologies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a project-based environment.

Nice to have

• Prior ServiceNow experience is not required; exposure to ServiceNow navigation, forms, lists, users, groups, roles, administration, or configuration is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of ITSM processes and IT service delivery concepts.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other programming and scripting languages.
• Understanding of REST APIs or system integration concepts.
• Interest in workflow automation, business process digitization, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and digital workflow solutions.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code application development.
• Basic understanding of databases, data modelling, or data relationships.
• Adaptability, teamwork, collaboration, ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
