What you will do

• Develop new user-facing features for the Autopilot AI assistant using TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Design, develop, and test software systems to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks and bugs within the codebase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and marketing teams to launch platform features.
• Architect reusable and evolvable codebases to support long-term product growth.
• Maintain code quality and organization through automated testing and best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-level proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
• Ability to transform functional and UX requirements into working products promptly.
• Knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous programming, and test frameworks.
• Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms with an understanding of time and memory complexity.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working as a software engineer on an AI product.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
