What you will do

• Build and maintain AI-powered features and agentic workflows for creative production.
• Develop systems that generate ad creatives, including interactive playables, using code generation and multimodal asset generation.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to turn creative craft into repeatable, scaled workflows.
• Create evaluation pipelines for creative output, including quality checks and human-in-the-loop review.

Requirements

• Computer engineering (or similar) background with a genuine creative eye.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building agentic workflows, LLM chains, and multimodal model calls.
• Experience with generative AI (e.g., diffusion models and image/video generation).
• Familiarity with modern AI application techniques such as RAG, function calling, and vector databases.
• Strong interest in state-of-the-art AI and a passion for games.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
