Senior AI/LLM Data Scientist in Agentic AI

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; hybrid work with two office days per week durhirify.global three weeks of each month and one fully remote week per month

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows powered by Large Language Models.
• Develop multi-agent systems supporthirify.global reasonhirify.global, plannhirify.global, decision-makhirify.global, and business processes.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures ushirify.global vector databases, embeddhirify.globals, and retrieval-based approaches.
• Integrate AI systems with tools, APIs, databases, workflows, enterprise platforms, and business applications.
• Develop evaluation, monitorhirify.global, governance, and reliability frameworks for AI agents.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions for prichirify.global, risk management, financial crime, customer intelligence, and people analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learnhirify.global, NLP, Generative AI, or related disciplines.
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learnhirify.global, Engineerhirify.global, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience buildhirify.global and deployhirify.global production-grade AI applications and deliverhirify.global production-ready Python code.
• Experience with LLM, Generative AI, NLP, or Agentic AI solutions, includhirify.global prompthirify.global, evaluation, model optimization, and customization techniques such as fine-tunhirify.global or PEFT.
• Practical experience designhirify.global and implementhirify.global RAG systems with vector databases, embeddhirify.globals, and retrieval architectures.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, workflow orchestration platforms, or distributed AI architectures.
