What you will do

• Establish VFX standards and execution strategies for weapon skinlines.
• Lead early-stage creative and stylistic exploration for high-tier weapon skins to set the quality benchmark.
• Solve complex artistic and technical challenges while developing innovative VFX features and technologies.
• Provide actionable feedback and guidance to partner studios using paintovers to ensure readability and style.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and creating resource materials for new VFX artists.
• Partner with the technical art team to optimize assets and resolve VFX-related technical issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual effects across diverse art styles.
• Deep mastery of VFX and Art fundamentals, including timing, color, composition, motion, and readability.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to execute within a specified art direction.
• Experience with Unreal Engine and VFX toolchains.
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
