What you will do

• Manage inbound affiliate applications on enterprise platforms like Impact to ensure brand alignment.
• Act as the primary contact for affiliate partners, resolving tracking and commission payout issues.
• Onboard emerging streaming talent and gaming creators into performance-tied programs.
• Distribute tracking links, custom promo codes, and product samples for major campaigns.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance reports via Google Analytics to track revenue and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce and update localized banner ads and promotional copy.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or partnership management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Deep familiarity with the gaming streaming ecosystem (Twitch, YouTube Gaming, TikTok).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; prior exposure to Google Analytics or Impact/Rakuten/CJ is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creator collaboration.
• Must be based in Singapore.
