What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into custom technical solutions within the Duck Creek ecosystem.
• Develop and configure platform components using ManuScript and Duck Creek Server APIs.
• Design scalable architectures that align with client strategies and future capabilities.
• Lead small development teams and drive customer issues through to final resolution.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and project planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years working with Duck Creek products.
• Strong expertise in Duck Creek Platform (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT).
• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and ManuScript development.
• Advanced SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, triggers, and XQueries.
• Experience leading small project teams and mentoring other developers.
• Must be based in or able to work from the USA, Puerto Rico, or Honduras.
