What you will do
- Research and develop advanced algorithms for next-generation optical metrology systems.
- Address complex computer vision and image-processing challenges in a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
- Collaborate with specialists in AI, optics, and semiconductor technologies.
- Manage the full algorithm lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through implementation and on-tool integration.
- Analyze diverse datasets and apply engineering judgment to develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI and image processing.
- Strong Python skills for algorithm development.
- Ability and motivation to grow into a leadership role.
- Ability to work onsite in Migdal Ha'emek, Israel.
