What you will do
- Lead production across Live Operations for events, promotions, and operational releases.
- Govern the LiveOps Calendar to ensure coordinated, prioritized, and executable releases.
- Define the roadmap for GameOps tooling to improve automation, reliability, and scalability.
- Manage complex launches, critical releases, and live incident response.
- Build long-term operational roadmaps and drive capacity planning for LiveOps teams.
- Mentor production managers and raise the overall production maturity of the organization.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading Live Operations in large-scale live service games.
- Proven success as a Director-level production leader in complex organizations.
- Deep knowledge of release management, operational planning, and risk mitigation.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on internal production platforms and tools.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, moving from vision to execution.
- Must be based in the UK (remote) or Barcelona, Spain (hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience leading Live Operations for top-performing mobile F2P titles.
- Expertise in building operational dashboards and KPI frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI productivity platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
