📍 Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR department.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
Develop HR policies and improve HR processes.
Handle employee relations and performance management.
Coordinate with management to fulfill hiring needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
At least 2 years of management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
