What you will do

• Lead projects to enhance security, system reliability, release processes, and observability.
• Collaborate across engineering, IT, and People teams to solve security challenges in infrastructure, CI pipelines, and AI workloads.
• Lead and implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct security reviews of third-party vendors and services.
• Refine tools, workflows, and AI usage to improve the overall developer experience.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• At least 5 years of experience with AWS implementations via IaC with a strong emphasis on security best practices.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing production workloads within containerized environments.
• Proficiency with Docker, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS), and web proxy technologies (e.g., NGINX).
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, NewRelic, or CloudWatch.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with compliance processes.
