What you will do

• Develop and implement the strategic vision and business plan for the CASP Broker/Custodian.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Ensure full compliance with MiCAR and maintain transparent relationships with the Central Bank of Ireland and ESMA.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting while reporting to the board of directors.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, including AML and CTF compliance.
• Attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Ireland or willing to relocate to Ireland.
• 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on crypto-assets.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of MiCA regulatory frameworks and crypto-asset markets.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to secure approval from the Central Bank of Ireland as PCF-8 (CEO).
