TL;DR
IT Service Desk Technician (Windows 11): Providing Tier 1-2 technical support for IT incidents and service requests with an accent on endpoint management and user support. Focus on building, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows 11 systems, mobile devices, and VTC setups in a secure environment.
Location: On-site in Arlington, VA. Must have Secret Clearance to start.
Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 a year

What you will do
- Provide Tier 1-2 support for IT incidents and service requests leveraging ServiceNow and ITIL methodology.
- Build, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11-based computers and associated hardware.
- Manage and support mobile devices, specifically iPhones and iPads.
- Coordinate and provide technical support for VTC setups using Zoom and Teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to site processes for asset management and IT inventory reporting.
Requirements
- Secret Clearance (Must have to start).
- Security+ Certification.
- 3 to 5+ years of service desk support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 11 and Office 365.
- Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA every business day from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in IT support for the Air Force.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
- Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
- Experience with MAC OS.
