Relationship Representative (Portuguese Language)

What you will do

• Assist customers through email and telephone support.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Present and teach MetaTrader platform functionality to new and prospective clients, remotely and face to face.
• Handle a variety of tasks assigned by headquarters.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese and proficient English are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and customer-focused skills.
• Knowledge or work experience in financial markets, brokerage, Forex, exchange markets, hedge funds, or fintech.
• At least one year of experience working with trading software for corporate clients.
• Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, work under pressure, learn new skills, and collaborate in a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 trading platforms.
• Knowledge of MetaTrader Administrator or Manager Terminals used for back-office operations.
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, hedge funds, or other financial institutions.
