What you will do

• Provide customer support via email and telephone.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Teach MetaTrader platform functionality to new and prospective clients through remote or face-to-face sessions.
• Execute various operational tasks assigned by the headquarters.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (B2+).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT.
• 1+ year of experience working with trading software for corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of financial markets (Forex, Stock, Hedge Funds) or the fintech industry.
• Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with MetaTrader 4 or 5 trading platforms.
• Knowledge of MetaTrader Administrator or Manager Terminals.
• Previous experience in fintech, brokerage, or financial institutions.
