Sportsbook - Frontend Engineering Team Lead (Angular)

Develops and operates an in-house sportsbook platform supporting sports betting products, trader tools, and customer-facing features across an international network of offices.

What you will do

• Lead engineers, developers, designers, and other contributors toward successful project delivery.
• Work with team members and stakeholders to support project completion and rollout services.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain focus on business goals.
• Manage direct reports through vacation planning and regular one-to-one meetings.
• Motivate, direct, coach, and support team members in their professional development.

Requirements

• Software development background building highly scalable, containerized services and applications.
• Strong preference for Angular experience and a solid understanding of modern web technologies, including JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with .NET Core, C#, RabbitMQ, Redis, and MS SQL.
• Strong understanding of lean and agile principles for product development.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and strong people-management and leadership skills.
