What you will do

• Own the release pipeline end-to-end, including platform certification and submission for Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo.
• Manage PC storefront submissions and backends, specifically using Steamworks depots and branches.
• Execute launch windows and sequence day-of-launch runbooks to ensure titles go live correctly and on time.
• Oversee the post-launch update cycle, managing patches and keeping live builds current across all platforms.
• Develop repeatable checklists and use automation to streamline build validation and backend configuration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Release Manager on shipped games.
• Deep expertise in console release processes, compliance, and certification (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).
• Strong experience with the Steamworks backend, including depots and branches.
• Must be based in the UK or Europe.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between developers and external platforms.
• Pragmatic approach to using automation tools to improve release efficiency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Epic Games Store backend and submission process.
