TL;DR
Senior Golang Developer (AI): Building and scaling an AI Agent platform for conversational experiences across voice, chat, and business workflow automation with an accent on scalable Go services, distributed systems, and LLM and speech technology integrations. Focus on designing resilient APIs, improving reliability and performance, and integrating capabilities such as RAG, function calling, and conversation orchestration.
Location: Remote full-time or hybrid work in Belarus; Minsk office option available

What you will do
- Design and deliver new capabilities, services, and enhancements for the AI Agent platform.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design through deployment, observability, and maintenance.
- Architect and build scalable, resilient backend systems and APIs using Go and cloud-native practices.
- Integrate LLM and speech technologies with enterprise systems, knowledge bases, and custom tools.
- Improve system reliability, performance, security, maintainability, and developer productivity.
- Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives, including technical debt reduction and legacy modernization.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience delivering complex backend or platform solutions in production.
- Deep knowledge of Go, including concurrency, performance tuning, and service design.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years of hands-on production experience with Go and/or other modern backend languages.
- Practical experience building or integrating AI-powered applications with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, high availability, observability, security, MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, and AWS.
- Good English at B2 level or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience with infrastructure as code and deployment automation using AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Frontend development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Python experience for automation, scripting, data processing, AI integrations, or prototyping.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
