What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution builds for general ledger, fund accounting, and financial reporting.
• Act as a stream lead, managing delivery overviews and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate complex operational requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of accounting standards within hirify.global One.
• Resolve high-complexity issues and support escalations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and champion new ways of working during business transformation.

Requirements

• Deep functional expertise in investment accounting principles including NAV calculation and regulatory frameworks like IFRS or US GAAP.
• Practical experience with hirify.global Dimension or similar platforms like Murex or CRD.
• Proven track record in leading complex solution designs and managing parallel deliveries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Commitment to standardization, best practices, and long-term solution quality.
• Ability to work with a high level of self-management in a global environment.
