What you will do

• Develop outsourcing solutions by analyzing business requirements and partnering with procurement and legal teams.
• Manage project milestones, risks, and deliverables for supplier and service management activities.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI for strategic decision-making.
• Create low-code applications and automated workflows via Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Explore and implement AI and Generative AI solutions to enhance productivity.
• Maintain account documentation and support quality assurance for outsourced deliverables.

Requirements

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's (50%+ completed) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Must have a permanent unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
• 6+ months of experience with MS Office, Excel Macros, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CMS platforms like SharePoint Online and WordPress.
• Basic programming skills in Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Interest in or exposure to Artificial hirify.globalligence and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
