Pricing Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid in Tres Ríos, Cartago, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Analyze and approve FLIP quotations submitted by sales personnel in a timely manner.
• Coordinate price lock activities and analyze root causes to recommend reduction strategies.
• Ensure the integrity of pricing elements, including minimum order quantities, freight, credit terms, and rebates.
• Train new users on the FLIP tool and core pricing processes.
• Respond to day-to-day costing and pricing queries from sales and customer service teams.
• Support the customer complaint (QIM) process in coordination with customer care and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• English: Fluency is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Costa Rica (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), data warehouses, and ERP systems.
• Initial experience in customer service, sales support, or commercial operations.
• Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
