TL;DR
Cost Manager (Data Centre): Managing commercial and contractual performance for large-scale construction projects with an accent on cost planning, procurement, and M&E/CSA estimation. Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid role).

Salary: €65,000–€70,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage commercial and contractual performance for data centre and industrial construction projects.
  • Perform cost planning, estimating, and procurement duties throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with established commercial strategies and business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop client accounts and ensure service excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in M&E and CSA cost management.
  • Specific experience in Data Centre construction projects.
  • Strong background in project delivery within a consultancy, contractor, or client-side organization.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet strict project deadlines.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm, Sweden.
