What you will do

• Architect, automate, and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Cloudflare.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and observability across all environments.
• Optimize cloud resource performance, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend and ML teams to deploy complex workloads efficiently.
• Own the full DevOps lifecycle including infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Python.
• Proven track record with infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Must be willing to work on-site in the Almaty office.
• Must be prepared for a high-intensity startup environment.
