What you will do

• Lead and develop the UK Commercial Data team across strategy and enablement.
• Oversee supplier and stakeholder management, ensuring effective issue resolution and task delegation.
• Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback to support team growth.
• Act as the primary escalation point for commercial data queries.
• Test and implement group commercial data tools locally to ensure adoption and process refinement.
• Present data propositions and communicate commercial value to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing data or operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising technologies and commercial data tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Experience coordinating data-based projects and implementing new tools.
• Excellent people management and operational delivery skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the London office.
