What you will do

• Operate state-of-the-art DTG printers to print ink directly on clothing.
• Maintain, set up, and run printers and auxiliary equipment efficiently to produce quality output.
• Perform quality checks on all printed items and keep defects to a minimum.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical or software problems when machines aren’t working correctly.
• Meet daily production goals set by the team lead and follow schedules and procedures.
• Handle other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of technical printing and DTG operations.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions, schedules, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift and work with your hands.
• Basic critical thinking to solve problems and learn quickly.
