Vacancy: Project Manager
Location: Limassol | Full Time

A fast-growing property development company in Limassol, specialising in residential and commercial projects, is looking for a Project Manager to join the team.
Our portfolio includes large-scale residential and commercial developments and continues to expand. The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of each project — from concept approval and planning to construction, completion and handover.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry in Cyprus;
- Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish;
- Good knowledge of document flow and permitting procedures with local authorities in Cyprus;
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assigned projects from start to handover, including contractor supervision;
- Manage and coordinate the full permitting lifecycle and tendering processes;
- Monitor project timelines and ensure technical quality control;
- Manage budgeting and prepare cost analyses;
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth delivery;
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety legislation;
- Prepare and present project progress reports;
- Ensure safe and sustainable project execution
