What you will do

• Provide post-sales technical leadership for strategic customers on big data projects.
• Architect production-level workloads, including performance testing and pipeline optimization.
• Identify and drive initiatives that turn data into actionable business value.
• Deliver tutorials, training sessions, and presentations to promote community adoption.
• Collaborate with clients to align technical roadmaps with Databricks platform expansion.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe to maintain time zone alignment.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Software or Data Engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, NoSQL, OLAP).

Nice to have

• Experience in Data Science/ML Engineering using tools like MLFlow.
• Background in model selection, hyper-parameter tuning, and model serving.
