What you will do

• Plan, segment, and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Build and manage automated lifecycle flows to improve retention and reactivate dormant users.
• Maintain high data accuracy and precision in audience segmentation.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future sends and strategy.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Business Category teams to align on regional strategy.
• Own the CRM-attributed revenue growth and report on key retention KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai, UAE
• 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing at a consumer app or on-demand business.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Customer.io, Braze, or CleverTap.
• Proven ability to build multi-channel automated campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Detail-oriented approach with a baseline of error-free execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and regional audience trends.
• Basic proficiency in HTML and SQL.
• Background in subscription or on-demand service businesses.
• Arabic language skills for regional campaign localization.
