Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and implement new features across both front-end and back-end (SOA).
• Take technical ownership of feature delivery, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Drive an automation-first approach by designing and maintaining E2E, API, and Integration tests.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Mentor less experienced engineers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and development tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# (.NET) and Angular.
• Extensive experience in designing enterprise applications and using Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps) and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

• Background in FinTech or capital markets (derivatives, options, futures, swaps).
