Location: Bratislava, Slovakia (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day home)
Salary: €2,300 - €4,300 EUR gross per month

What you will do
- Act as the strategic bridge between Finance and Client Service teams to integrate commercial discipline into daily operations.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of client contracts to ensure compliance with WPP policies and local market realities.
- Proactively identify and commercialize out-of-scope revenue streams.
- Lead and coordinate client audits from a commercial and financial perspective.
- Partner with the Head of Growth to support new business pitches with competitive pricing models.
- Analyze client profitability and resource utilization to drive margin improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial Finance, Contract Management, or Business Partnering, ideally within Media, Advertising, or Audit sectors.
- Strong contract literacy with the ability to interpret and challenge complex legal and commercial clauses.
- Proven track record of spotting revenue opportunities and managing audits.
- Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in both Slovak and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia for a hybrid work arrangement.
