What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing projects, from planning to launch and optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Digital, Creative & Design, Content, and Operations.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO and organic growth.
• Drive SEO initiatives, including content planning, technical improvements, and keyword strategy.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for new consumer-facing projects and campaigns.
• Track project performance via KPIs and continuously optimize delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects in a senior role.
• English: C1+ required.
• Russian: Fluent required.
• Deep expertise in SEO, including technical fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
• Strong B2C marketing background and a track record of leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
