What you will do

• Own end-to-end quality assurance for the BigPay business, from requirements review to release sign-off.
• Lead cross-platform testing across App, Web, Backend, and Admin interfaces.
• Drive testing for complex Fiat features, including compliance and high-concurrency edge cases.
• Maintain and extend the automation regression framework using Python, pytest, and k6.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and compliance teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience in internet, fintech, or payment platform companies.
• Proven experience in automation testing.
• Comfortable working within agile release cycles, including grey rollouts and full releases.
• Ability to independently own test coverage and perform peer code reviews.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Proficiency in Python to read, extend, and maintain existing test scripts.
