What you will do

• Oversee the settlement lifecycle for crypto-assets and financial instrument orders.
• Monitor trade execution and perform daily reconciliation with brokers and custodians.
• Process corporate actions and crypto-related events.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and act as the first point of contact for Customer Care.
• Drive process efficiency through automation and deliver management reports.
• Assist in setting up regulatory and tax reporting and support new product development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial or operational roles (brokerage, custody, fintech, or crypto preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or higher).
• Must be based in Amsterdam.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or startups.
• Knowledge of SQL.
