What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes ensuring compliance with Group timelines.
• Manage all corporate tax, indirect tax, and withholding tax obligations including filings and audits.
• Prepare and document technical accounting assessments and position papers under IFRS.
• Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining a robust internal control environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Treasury, Controlling, and Business units.
• Mentor finance team members and support system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and tax management.
• Strong expertise in IFRS and local GAAP.
• Experience in a multinational environment and regulated industries like Fintech or Payments.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Navision, and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or ACA is preferred.
