Middle/Senior UX/UI Designer Position (Different Projects, Contract)

Location: Remote from Lviv, Ukraine; working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Kyiv time with a 1-hour break.

hirify.global provides UX/UI and product design services for large-scale digital projects across tourism, hospitality, real estate, and enterprise platforms.

What you will do

• Design UX/UI for websites, microsites, digital applications, management platforms, CRM systems, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and developer-ready design specifications.
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems across multiple brands and platforms.
• Define information architecture, navigation patterns, responsive layouts, and Arabic RTL experiences.
• Conduct or facilitate user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, A/B testing, and iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, content specialists, and developers to maintain design quality through implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile applications; 4+ years is required for the UX/UI Designer project.
• Portfolio demonstrating work on large-scale digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design, design systems, and multi-platform interfaces.
• At least Upper Intermediate English is required.
• Arabic and English bilingual interface design, including RTL layouts, is required for the Product Designer project.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, real estate, destination brands, event technology, or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with React Native or Flutter design handoff.
• Experience with CMS-based platforms, analytics-informed UX improvements, and competitive analysis.
