What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities for enterprise customers.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and tune ML algorithms to reduce false positives.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks and scripting solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Collaborate with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and enhance vulnerability prioritization.
• Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Lead AI skills workshops and develop customer-facing AI collateral for the professional services team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience performing IT deployments or working in customer environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to cybersecurity.
• Deep knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms.
• Must be based in Japan and available for travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions.
• Knowledge of NLP, anomaly detection, and prompt engineering.
• Programming proficiency in Python, R, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk or LogScale.
