Salary: $85,700 – $126,860 per year

What you will do

• Manage, analyze, and optimize Video Ads and Offer Wall campaigns.
• Conduct rigorous A/B tests for price floors, ad frequencies, and player segmentation.
• Select and maintain strong relationships with top ad providers, networks, and mediation platforms.
• Collaborate with the Product team to integrate ads seamlessly into games.
• Coordinate with the UA team to balance monetization with user acquisition budgets.
• Track and analyze key metrics including eCPM, ARPDAU, and LTV to drive revenue strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing and optimizing Video Ads and Offer Wall campaigns on iOS and Android.
• Strong analytical mindset for compiling and analyzing complex performance data.
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing external partners.
• Results-oriented approach with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kirkland, WA.
