Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month

What you will do

• Own the affiliate program platform end-to-end and manage creator relationships.
• Build and execute AI-powered outreach systems for creator recruitment.
• Partner with performance marketing teams to amplify organic content through paid channels.
• Manage relationships with third-party creator platforms and agencies.
• Analyze content performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on influencer or affiliate marketing experience with measurable outcomes.
• C1+ English proficiency for direct negotiation and relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting and retaining large-scale creator networks.
• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content ecosystems.
• Experience with whitelisting, Spark Ads, and paid amplification.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate/influencer platforms like Superfiliate, JoinBrands, or Insense.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Superfiliate.
• Background in health, wellness, fitness, or CPG brands.
• Existing personal network of creator contacts.
• Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools for outreach.
