What you will do

• Lead the design and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and manage complex cloud environments on AWS, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
• Increase AWS infrastructure test coverage to 90% across multiple repositories.
• Perform code reviews and provide maintenance for GitHub repositories.
• Mentor junior team members and influence cross-functional teams.
• Tackle complex system performance issues and maintain reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps with proficient coding skills in Python.
• Minimum five years of experience delivering systems to production with Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Minimum four years of experience with CI/CD tools and coaching others.
• Deep expertise in AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (Ansible).
• Exceptional English communication skills required for stakeholder and team interaction.
• Must be based in Mexico with geographic flexibility to align with 9AM-5PM Eastern time.

• Advanced certifications in DevOps, AWS, or Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize efforts based on business impact.
• Experience with complex SQL queries.
