Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 8 days in office per month).

What you will do

• Partner with Program Managers to scale Sector Initiatives and respond efficiently to customer requests.
• Lead the standardization of the member journey, including onboarding and milestone management.
• Coordinate report production and prepare benchmarks and deep-dives for member meetings.
• Bridge communication between customers, Program Managers, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Leverage platform data and dashboards to create compelling sustainability narratives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and improve content delivery using AI tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or account management within a SaaS or sustainability environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex datasets for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in business platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau.
• Tech-literate with experience in Google Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Barcelona, Spain.
