What you will do

  • Support the Macro Regional Director in developing and executing APAC strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Monitor marketplace KPIs (drivers, passengers, and balance) at regional, country, and city levels.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and act as PMO for regional initiatives and country launches.
  • Serve as the voice of the region by providing localized feedback on product, pricing, and competitor trends.
  • Guide countries in strategic partnership development, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with PR and GR teams to align public and government relations agendas.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand
  • 3–5 years of experience in multi-country operations, preferably within APAC.
  • Proven experience in project management (PMO) or within an operations function.
  • Background in e-commerce or ride-hailing is required.
  • MBA or Business-related degree preferred.
  • Experience managing P&L, building business cases, and scenario planning.
