What you will do
- Support the Macro Regional Director in developing and executing APAC strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Monitor marketplace KPIs (drivers, passengers, and balance) at regional, country, and city levels.
- Lead cross-functional projects and act as PMO for regional initiatives and country launches.
- Serve as the voice of the region by providing localized feedback on product, pricing, and competitor trends.
- Guide countries in strategic partnership development, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with PR and GR teams to align public and government relations agendas.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand
- 3–5 years of experience in multi-country operations, preferably within APAC.
- Proven experience in project management (PMO) or within an operations function.
- Background in e-commerce or ride-hailing is required.
- MBA or Business-related degree preferred.
- Experience managing P&L, building business cases, and scenario planning.
